Adventures in Loan Signing

Recently, I had a co-borrower who signed everywhere, but on the right line.

This was beyond frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else?

Tell me that, I am not alone?

This experience made me reach out to my mentors.

One Mentor, suggested that I put my finger on the line to assist.

My mentor said, '9 times out of 10, your signer needs glasses and doesn't want to admit it, yet. this tends to happen with older Clients.'

I said, "Yessss, that must have been it. The client was over 70."

The other mentor told me of a product (signature guide) that she purchased on Amazon to assist with this type of issue.

I rannnnn for my life (Sweet Brown reference)! I was on the Amazon site faster that a speeding bullet (Superman reference)!!.
